Frankincense is referenced as far back as the 16th century BC in the oldest known medical records. It promotes stillness and is consistently used during mediation practices. This light hearted scent is energizing and rejuvenating!

  + Set aside 15 minutes out of your day. Find a comfortable place to lay down with arms by your side. Let your mind drift from one thought to the next, putting no energy or emphasis on any one thought. Focus on your breathing. Listen to the birds chirping or the wind blowing and just be.
